The problem
Before a freight broker hands a load to a carrier, they need to know the carrier is real, authorised, insured and safe. Checking that usually means three government websites open in three tabs, each with its own search, its own layout and its own way of showing the same company.
It’s slow, it’s easy to miss something, and it has to be done again and again as carriers’ records change.
What LoadVetting does
LoadVetting puts a carrier’s authority, insurance and safety information on one page, drawn from 14 federal data sources and refreshed daily. Brokers can search more than two million carriers by USDOT or MC number, company name, phone number or email.
- Carrier Risk Index. A single 0–100 score that summarises the signals a broker would otherwise piece together by hand. It’s weighted 60% safety, 30% compliance and 10% stability, and the app shows exactly how each part adds up.
- Plain-English summaries. AI-written explanations of what the records actually say, so nobody has to decode government data fields.
- Watchlists and daily alerts. Brokers are told when a carrier they rely on changes.
- Comparisons and dossiers. Carriers side by side, and PDF reports to keep on file.
There’s a free Starter tier for occasional checks, and a Pro plan billed through Stripe for brokers who check carriers every day.
Highlights

Why it matters to our clients
LoadVetting is ours. We designed it, built it and run it every day: the data pipeline that refreshes each night, the subscription billing, the alerts and the support. That’s the same discipline we bring to client work. A website, store or app isn’t finished when it launches; it has to keep working, and keep being worth paying for.
