This policy explains how Jahaz Services Inc. (“JahazNova”, “we”) collects and uses personal information through this website. It is written to follow the basic principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, company, the service you’re interested in, your budget range and your message.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location (city or region). Google Analytics sets cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner; if you decline, it may send a basic, cookie-free signal that a visit happened, with nothing that identifies you. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings, and the full list of cookies is in our cookie policy. It does not give us your name or email address, and Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We keep analytics data for 14 months and do not use it for advertising. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out on any site with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on; the site works the same either way.

By sending the contact form, you agree that we can use your information as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run this website and send email, namely our web host, Spaceship, our email delivery service, and Google (for website analytics). These providers may store data outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS on this website and restricted access to our systems.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@jahaznova.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy. The date below shows when it was last changed.
