Build, sell, automate and protect.

Eight ways we help businesses in Ontario and US metros, and the agencies that serve them. Prices exclude taxes. Anything outside our published price bands is quoted after a short discovery call, so you know the cost before we start.

Websites & apps

For businesses that need to be found and chosen online.

Websites from $3,500 CAD

A website is often the first conversation a customer has with you, and plenty of small business sites lose that conversation in the first few seconds: slow on a phone, vague about what the business does, no obvious next step.

We plan the pages around the questions your customers actually ask, settle the structure before the design, and build on WordPress so your team can change a price or add a page without calling us. When a website isn’t enough, we design and build mobile apps for iOS and Android and custom web applications. We’ve shipped software this way, including LoadVetting, a live SaaS platform for freight brokers.

  • Web developmentWordPress and custom builds that load fast and work on every screen size.
  • Mobile app developmentiOS and Android apps, from the first clickable prototype to the store listing.
  • UI/UX designLayouts planned around how your customers read, tap and decide.
  • Digital brandingLogos, colour and type systems that make you recognisable in a crowded feed.
  • Website modernisationSlow or dated sites rebuilt on a modern stack, keeping the pages that already rank.
  • Search-ready from day oneOn-page SEO, schema markup, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console set up at launch.

Website packages

  • Starter: $3,500–4,500 CAD, 3–4 weeksUp to 5 pages using your existing branding, a contact form and on-page SEO basics.
  • Growth: $5,500–8,000 CAD, 4–6 weeksUp to 10 pages with custom design, service landing pages, GA4 and Search Console, and schema basics.
  • Custom: quoted after discoveryOnline stores, integrations, apps and features that need their own plan.

E-commerce & Shopify

For retailers and brands selling online, or about to start.

Selling online is less about the storefront and more about everything behind it: product data, payments, taxes, shipping rules, stock levels, order emails and returns. We set all of it up properly, on the platform that suits how you sell.

Shopify suits most businesses that want a store running quickly with little upkeep, because hosting, security and checkout are handled for you. WooCommerce suits businesses already on WordPress, stores with unusual product rules, and owners who want full control of their data and costs. If you’re not sure which fits, we’ll compare them against your actual products and volumes before you commit to either.

  • Shopify store setupTheme setup, product and collection structure, payments, taxes, shipping and notifications.
  • Shopify theme customisationSections and templates adjusted to your brand, done in a way that survives theme updates.
  • WooCommerce storesProducts, variations, payment gateways and shipping zones on your WordPress site.
  • Store migrationProducts, customers and, where the platforms allow it, order history moved across, with redirects so search rankings carry over.
  • Apps & integrationsConnections to accounting, inventory, email marketing and review tools, so orders don’t need re-typing.
  • Product pages & checkoutClear product information, structured data for search, and a short, mobile-first checkout.

What we’ll ask you for

  • Your product list with prices, variants and stock levels
  • Product photos, or a plan for getting them
  • Where you ship, and what you charge for it
  • Your return and refund policy
  • Which payment provider you’d like to use
  • Your sales tax registrations (your accountant can confirm these)

Platform costs such as your Shopify subscription, paid apps and payment processing fees are billed to you directly by those providers, so the store and its accounts stay in your name.

AI solutions

For businesses ready to put AI to practical, everyday use.

A lot of what gets sold as AI is either a toy or a science project. We focus on the dull, useful parts: answering the phone when you can’t, answering common questions on your website at 11 p.m., and moving information between your tools so nobody has to copy and paste it.

Every AI tool we set up is built on your own information (your services, hours, policies and FAQs), tells people it’s an AI, and hands over to a person whenever someone asks or the question is outside what it should answer.

  • AI front deskAn inbound AI receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, takes messages and routes urgent calls to a person.
  • Website AI assistantAnswers visitors’ questions from your own pages and FAQs, and passes anything else to your team.
  • Intelligent automationForm to CRM, email alerts, auto-replies and document intake, set up across the tools you already use.
  • AI-ready website upgradeSpeed fixes, clear FAQs and structured data, so AI search tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity can understand and cite your business.
  • AI strategy & developmentFind where AI genuinely saves time in your business, then build and integrate it.
  • Data analyticsDashboards built from data you already collect, so decisions rest on numbers rather than hunches.

Ground rules we build to

  • The AI says it’s an AI, and says when calls are recorded
  • No tax, legal, financial or medical advice from a bot
  • A real person is always one request away
  • The provider and data retention period are named in your privacy policy

Cloud & DevOps

For teams moving to the cloud, or already running there.

A data centre corridor lined with server racks

Cloud bills creep up, deployments start to feel risky, and the one person who knows how the server works goes on holiday. We move systems to the cloud with a planned cut-over, watch them once they’re there, and automate deployments so a release is a normal afternoon rather than a late night.

We work across the major cloud providers and aim to leave you with infrastructure your own team can understand, with documentation rather than a black box.

  • Cloud migrationExisting systems and applications moved to the cloud with a tested, step-by-step cut-over plan.
  • Cloud managementOngoing monitoring and tuning for performance, security and cost.
  • DevOps & automationCI/CD pipelines and automated deployments, so releases are routine and reversible.
  • ContainersApplications packaged with Docker and run on Kubernetes or OpenShift where that scale is justified.

Technology consulting

For decisions and systems that need an expert view.

A team celebrating a new idea around a meeting table

Sometimes you don’t need a build; you need someone to look at a plan, a quote or a system and tell you plainly what they would do. We give you a written recommendation you can act on, whether or not we end up doing the work.

  • DevOpsFaster, safer delivery from code to production.
  • AIWhere AI fits your business, and where it doesn’t.
  • ServerlessRunning code without managing servers, and when that saves money.
  • Managed ITMonitoring, security and upkeep for your systems and devices.
  • KubernetesContainer orchestration, and whether you need it yet.
  • DockerContainerised, portable applications that run the same everywhere.
  • OpenShiftEnterprise Kubernetes on Red Hat.
  • QA & testingTest plans and automated checks for reliable launches.
  • IT strategyA roadmap with priorities, costs and an order to do things in.

Cyber security

For businesses that hold data worth protecting.

A padlock over glowing binary code

Small businesses are attractive targets precisely because nobody is usually watching. Accounting firms, clinics and online stores all hold the kind of personal and financial data attackers look for.

We start with the basics that prevent most problems (updates, access control, backups and encryption), then add monitoring where it’s worth the cost. You get a plain-language summary of what we found and what we changed.

  • Threat detection & preventionSpot and stop attacks before they cause damage.
  • Data encryption & privacySensitive data protected at rest and in transit.
  • Network security & monitoringYour network watched, and the gaps closed.

Website care plans

For WordPress sites that should stay fast and safe.

From $99/month

A developer working at two monitors of code

A website isn’t finished at launch. WordPress, themes and plugins release updates constantly, and an out-of-date plugin is one of the most common ways small sites get broken into. A care plan keeps your site updated, backed up and watched, with time set aside each month for the edits you’d otherwise put off.

  • Essential: $99/monthCore, plugin and theme updates, backups, uptime and security monitoring, and a monthly report.
  • Growth: $249/monthEverything in Essential, plus up to 2 hours of edits a month and performance and SEO health checks.
  • Priority: $499/monthEverything in Growth, plus up to 5 hours of edits or development, priority response and a quarterly conversion and SEO review.

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find your answer? Email support@jahaznova.com and we’ll reply within one business day.

How long does a website take?

A site of up to five pages usually takes three to four weeks. A site of up to ten pages with custom design takes four to six weeks. Online stores, apps and larger projects are scheduled after discovery, once we know the scope.

How much does it cost?

Websites start at $3,500 CAD and care plans at $99 a month, before taxes. Stores, apps, cloud, AI, security and consulting work are quoted after a short discovery call, so you know the price before any work starts.

Shopify or WooCommerce: which should I choose?

Shopify is usually the better choice if you want a store running quickly with little maintenance; you pay a monthly subscription and Shopify handles hosting and checkout security. WooCommerce makes more sense if you already run WordPress, need unusual product or pricing rules, or want full ownership of your data. We’ll recommend one based on your products, not on what we prefer to build.

Who writes the content?

You supply the text and photos, and light editing is included. If you’d rather hand writing or photography to someone else, we can quote it separately.

Do you provide hosting?

Hosting and domain fees aren’t included in our website prices. We help you set them up, but the accounts stay in your name, so you’re never locked in to us.

What happens after launch?

We fix any issues for 30 days after launch and walk you through updating the site. After that you can manage it yourself or choose a monthly care plan.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. Every website we build runs on WordPress or Shopify, and includes a handover walkthrough so your team can edit pages, products and posts without us.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. Our white-label service lets agencies resell our development work under their own brand, with an NDA, unbranded deliverables and handover on their staging site.

Tell us what you’re trying to fix.

A few lines is enough: what your business does, what isn’t working, and when you need it sorted. We reply within one business day, and if we’re not the right fit we’ll say so.
